Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC)

AGW has gained significant experience over the past decade developing, implementing, and managing EPA mandated Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans for a wide range of sites that store, use, produce, or process oil or oil products in Colorado, Utah, and Kansas.  This has included automotive sites, oil and gas production facilities, saltwater disposal (SWD) facilities, compressor stations, and a bakery.

We carry out all phases of SPCC Plan development, from completing site visits, preparing site diagrams, and developing the SPCC Plan to providing required annual SPCC Training.  We also conduct required 5-year reviews of existing SPCC Plans.  All of our SPCC work is signed and certified by our on-staff Professional Engineer (PE).

For our larger clients with hundreds of facilities to manage, we have built and maintained electronic databases with all of the records needed to easily ensure compliance with SPCC Regulations.  This database is updated as new facilities are brought online or as changes are made to existing facilities or to the regulations.
